		<description>I solved this by having three installations of Eclipse: A work install, a template and a &quot;install&quot; version (which I always copy fresh from the template). I then install the plugins I need using the &quot;install&quot; version and after the download, I copy them manually into dropins in my work install. This way, p2 can&#039;t mess things up.
