		<description>I can really get what you mean. It&#039;s not completely avoiding decisions. It&#039;s lessening the time making them, especially during any process. It improves time maximization and increases the chances of providing better quality. If a Zero-Defect policy is strictly practiced, the flow of process could&#039;ve been better. Philip Crosby is really a great quality guru!
